Robert Levins – Founder, Come In From The Rain

Born and raised in New York, Robert was called into the ministry in 1980.  He attended the University of Valley Forge and received a B.S. in Bible/Theology in 1985.

Over his 42 years as a licensed and ordained minister, Robert pastored various churches, while also maintaining business experience in sales and marketing, mortgages, investments and credit.  He authored the class “Your Credit and the American Dream” which was available for students and faculty at the University of Florida.

Robert was an instructor under Dr. Ray Self at the International College of Ministry in Orlando, Florida in the early 2000s, specializing in Biblical instruction and theology. 

From 2003 to 2006, Robert was an instructor at Teen Challenge in Sanford, Florida, mentoring young men in recovery through practical Biblical principles and counseling.

In 2021, Robert became certified as a Neuro Change Practitioner, focusing on the anatomy of the brain and its various functions.  The emphasis is focused on understanding the interaction between the neural function, memories and our choices.

His passion for helping people overcome obstacles that limit them from living a fulfilled life, has led him to develop this series of videos with invaluable information and tools.  His hope is for people to transform their lives and start living life to the fullest!

Cheri Levins – Administrator, Come in From The Rain

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Cheri has an extensive background in business, including sports marketing and accounting.  She has owned an accounting firm since 2008, serving small businesses in various areas of bookkeeping and accounting.  She has worked for companies including Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Leader Enterprises, Inc. (sports marketing), uBreakiFix by Asurion, and currently, Legacy LLC (sports marketing & publishing), Strombeck Consulting (tax/accounting), and Jeff’s Bagel Run.

Cheri has been battling stage 4 cancer since 2022, and the medical community has no solutions or answers.  We are trying various treatments to keep it at bay, but there is no hope for remission or cure, outside of Divine Intervention.  Cancer continues to rob her daily of the person she wants to be, but she fights hard to build this legacy with Robert.

Together, she and Robert have formed a unified vision with the goal to reach as many people as possible with the good news of a transformed life.

Robert and Cheri have been married since 2021 and make their home in Central North Carolina.
